Lemongrass and life leaf fill the senses as punchy citrus fruits accompany the precession. Salivating acidity balances perfectly through a persistent palate drive and length.
Limited quantities of this Single Vineyard wine is produced from our unique 'Dairy Hill' vineyard block in Mount View, Hunter Valley. Displaying pure Semillon fruit aromas of lime leaf and lemongrass, a crisp refreshing palate of citrus fruits and subtle savoury thyme with a mouthcoating texture.

From the vineyard’s best block of Chardonnay, south facing and planted on a 450-million-year-old marine fossil ridge. Matured in French oak, the result is a powerful, decadent yet restrained Hunter Valley Chardonnay filled with complex savoury characters, white peach, and flinty aromas.
Made as a nod to the style of Semillon that made the Hunter Valley famous, this wine will satisfy both those who love to drink it early and fresh, or those who prefer a bit more age.
