Featuring white flowers, nectarine and gun powder notes on the nose. The palate explodes with bright peach, wet stone and nutty characters supported by crunchy white nectarine-like acidity.  The judicious use of oak provides great structure and length.

Hand picked and fermented spontaneously in French oak barrels (25% new). Museum release. Generosity melded with a pungent freshness. White fig, cantaloupe, nectarine and white-peach aromas stretch across a core of nougatine, creamed cashew and vanilla-pod oak.
