Our 2019 Limited Release 'Cool Climates' Merlot was made from a combination of our estate vineyards in Wrattonbully, South Australia and Orange, New South Wales, resulting in a wine of exceptional quality and depth.

The wine opens with a bouquet of luscious black and red plums, highlighted by subtle notes of spice and leather. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and impeccably balanced, with a silky texture and refined tannins that complement the fruit flavors. Ripe plum and black cherry flavors take center stage, with a touch of savory complexity that adds interest and nuance.
