Intensely flavoured with complex nashi pear and ginger spice. A subtle nutty like reduction segways elegantly into rich and textured mid-palate. Drink within 4 years.
pairing guide

Thai coconut curry or lemon and herb prawns.
Further information

Handpicked fruit crushed and gently pressed directly to 75% stainless steel and 25% new oak for fermentation. Left on yeast lees without sulphur and conducted regular bâtonnage until the wine was dry. Blended then lightly fined and filtered prior to bottling.

Vintage information

A very early start to the Hunter vintage in 2024, influenced indeed by an early Easter. Early frosts were countered by well-timed rain and a warm festive season promoted a great
vintage in the Hunter. Crop levels were down but we have great flavour concentration across the board from all of our vineyards.
