A crisp refreshing style of Pinot Gris from our cool climate vineyard in Orange, famed for its high altitude, cool climate landscape dominated by the 1390m high, Mount Canobolas.

Pear and tropical fruit layer with an attractive state of reduction. Lusciously balanced with high drinkability. This fresh and vibrant style of Pinot Gris is made to be enjoyed now.

Further information

The select parcels were harvested individually. Harvested in the cool of night before being de-juiced immediately to ensure minimal colour and phenolic pick up. Fermented with slight turbidity and regionally assembled in the final stages of fermentation to encourage integration.

Vintage information

The 2025 season in Orange saw a mild winter and well-balanced spring, followed by a warm, dry summer that allowed careful harvest timing. Grapes were healthy and expressive, producing a vintage with bright acidity, clean fruit flavours, and excellent potential for vibrant, cool‑climate wines.
