Our vines are grown on well-drained Terra Rossa soils on our state vineyards in Wrattonbully and Coonawarra, located in the Limestone Coast of South Australia. This region is cooler than the Hunter Valley which allows us to grow varieties that benefits from a longer ripening period. The vineyard has drip irrigation installed on each vine row to ensure vine health and consistency of quality. The crop yields are relatively low, producing excellent concentration of fruit flavour.
