A complex and brooding core of dark cherry and blackberry, seamlessly layered with bright, candy-like red fruit nuances from whole bunch fermentation. Vibrant and fresh, the wine shows fine tannins and lifted acidity, delivering an alluring balance of intensity and elegance.

Hand harvested and whole bunch fermented. The wine was gently foot stomped before being plunged three times a day. Post-ferment, it was pressed off skins and aged in new French oak for 6 months before being lightly fined and filtered.
