Limited quantities of this Single Vineyard wine is produced from our unique 'Dairy Hill' vineyard block in Mount View, Hunter Valley. 
tasting notes

Crisp and finely layered, this Semillon reveals subtle herbal tones alongside bright citrus and talc-like acidity. The palate is driven by crunchy, well-integrated phenolics, delivering impressive length, persistence, and the structure to reward careful cellaring.

Further information

Machine harvested in the cool of night, delivered immediately to the winery where it was crushed, destemmed and cold settled. Fermentation was temperature controlled and the wine was prepped at the earliest possible convenience to be bottled.

Vintage information

A very early start to the Hunter vintage in 2024, influenced indeed by an early Easter. Early frosts were countered by well-timed rain and a warm festive season promoted a great vintage in the Hunter. Crop levels were down but we have great flavour concentration across the board from all of our vineyards.
