Named for this wine's biggest fan and third generation of the Davis family, Ruby.

A fresh, dry rosé sourced from our vines in Orange. Rich flavours of guava and strawberry & cream, dominating the palate with bright acidity.

Further information

Specific Merlot blocks were targeted for Rosé to create a fruit driven style. These blocks were harvested and left on skins for a few hours for the colour to develop. The juices were then pressed off and left to settle in stainless steel tanks. The clear juices were then inoculated with an aromatic yeast for fermentation. The resulting wines were blended, fined and filtered to bottle.
