Limited quantities of this Single Vineyard wine is produced from our unique 'Dairy Hill' vineyard block in Mount View, Hunter Valley. Displaying pure Semillon fruit aromas of lime leaf and lemongrass, a crisp refreshing palate of citrus fruits and subtle savoury thyme with a mouthcoating texture.

A new Single Vineyard wine for us at Briar Ridge Vineyard. Sourced from the unique 'Black Cluster' vineyard at the foothills of the Brokenback range. Highly complex aromatics of lime juice, slate and aspirin; the palate displays the classic acid line and length that are hallmarks of Hunter Valley Semillon.
From the vineyard’s best block of Chardonnay, south facing and planted on a 450-million-year-old marine fossil ridge. Matured for 11 months with 60% new French oak fermentation, the result is a powerful, decadent yet restrained Hunter Valley Chardonnay filled with complex savoury characters, white peach, and flinty aromas.

The second iteration of our gorgeous Hilltops red. This Shiraz is grown in a relatively cool climate which enables us to ferment with whole bunches and macerate skins for an extended time to create a distinctly Rhone-inspired wine.
Where there is Hunter, there is The Gatherer. In the most sought after Hunter vintages we scour the Valley's unique terroir to find a parcel suitable for gathering. This inaugural offering is sourced from the Sweetwater Vineyard.
Our 'Big Bully' represents a small parcel of Cabernet Sauvignon selected from our estate grown Wrattonbully vineyard. A rich, ripe and powerful wine defined by concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry fruit flavours and reinforced by high quality french oak.
A classic medium-bodied Hunter Shiraz, this red is intensely perfumed and flavoured. This wine reveals a lovely intense red fruit palate complemented by savoury and spice characters in classic Hunter Valley style, typical of the Dairy Hill block.
Our first ever Pinot Noir from our family 'Carillion Vineyard' in Orange. Raspberry, stoney mineral and herb aromatics with a subtle yet complex palate framed by spice and textured tannins.
Reserve Reds
The pinnacle of our Mount View Estate, fruit taken from vine selections from the three oldest blocks on the site. Concentrated blueberry & black cherry fruits and framed by earth and graphite. The blocks were handpicked, manually sorted then fermented together before maturation in a Vin et Terre sandstone 'Gres' Jarre without finings or filtration.
Varietal Whites
A crisp refreshing style of Pinot Gris from our cool climate vineyard in Orange. Traditional flavours of pear and tropical notes with a hint of spice. The palate is aromatic with lingering citrus and green fruit flavours.
Grapes for this Verdelho grow plump and juicy right beside our famed natural Hunter Valley dam. Fresh, tropical, lively and infinitely drinkable.
Delicate and zesty the fruit is picked early in the season to best capture the subtle nuances of this Hunter Classic varietal.
Crisp and dry, our 'Early Harvest Semillon' is bright, refreshing and lime-like with lemongrass aromatics.
Our Fumé represents small parcels of wine selected for their distinctive varietal and regional characters. A barrel fermented wine that displays herbaceous aromas melded with a citrus and grapefruit palate.
Varietal Rosé Wines
Back by popular demand our latest Moscato release 'The Jezebel' is as tempting as the name sounds. This effervescent pink lady is a real crowd pleaser.
A fresh, dry rosé sourced from our vines in Orange. Rich flavours of guava and strawberry & cream, dominating the palate with bright acidity.

Sparkling Wines
This elegant Blanc de Blancs is made in a style retaining delicate fruit flavours and fine structure. The wine is showing aromas of citrus and stone fruits combined with creamy yeast complexity. The palate is fresh and lively with a long fine crisp finish. Great drinking now.

DANGEROUSLY SMOOTH, WITH A CARAMEL FINISH.
Made from specially selected Muscat grapes this wine was fortified with aged brandy spirit and wood matured as part of our solero system. This makes for a very intense and luscious fortified.

Concentrated peach, citrus and honeysuckle are complemented by French oak savoury and vanilla for a richly textured style of wine with a crisp acidity.
Limited Release Reds
Blended at our 2023 Members’ Blending Session by team “Try That”. Deep ruby Garnet hue, with aromatic camphor, blackcurrant and cedar spice. The palate is concentrated with dense black berry fruits and a long herbal finish.
Our 2019 Limited Release 'Cool Climates' Merlot was made from a combination of our cool climate, estate vineyards in Wrattonbully, South Australia and Orange, New South Wales. Ripe black and red plum fruits are framed by subtle savoury complexity and supple tannin.
From the highly regarded Hillrose vineyard in Hilltops, NSW, this is a classic Australian blend. Fragrant blackberry and bayleaf aromas lead to a medium bodied and fresh palate of mulberry, blackberry and cedar from maturation in French oak barrels. Will reward with cellaring.
A careful meld of red varietals creating a modern Australian interpretation of the classic blends of south-west France. Expect ripe black fruits and lifted herbal aromas are joined by savoury spice French oak and framed by very fine polished tannin and fresh acidity.

Referencing our now over 50 year history of winemaking, this is a blend of Shiraz from our two oldest family-owned vineyards in the Hunter Valley (40 years) & Wrattonbully, SA (25 years).
A new varietal range wine from our estate vineyard in Wrattonbully, SA. Expect powerful black fruit characters and herbal regional characters with supple tannin structure.
The term 'cold soak' is a winemaking technique employed before fermentation to enhance the extraction of colour, flavour and aromatics.
Stockhausen Whites
Made as a nod to the style of Semillon that made the Hunter Valley famous, this wine will satisfy both those who love to drink it early and fresh, or those who prefer a bit more age.
A perennial favourite, this is a soft and creamy Chardonnay that features ripe peach and tropical notes on the palate. Subtle toasty oak flavours will keep you coming back for more.
Stockhausen Reds
Made in a traditional Hunter Valley style. Concentrated wild red berry fruits are highlighted in its youth which are framed by super fine tannin. This leads into a long linear finish that exhibits subtle oak spice.
