Blended at our 2023 Members’ Blending Session by team “Try That”. Deep ruby Garnet hue, with aromatic camphor, blackcurrant and cedar spice. The palate is concentrated with dense black berry fruits and a long herbal finish.
Made from specially selected Muscat grapes this wine was fortified with aged brandy spirit and wood matured as part of our solero system. This makes for a very intense and luscious fortified.

Exhibiting a seductive nose of blackcurrant, tobacco, cedar and even pencil shavings, this is a complex beast. The wine carries beautifully on the palate showing structure, harmony of fruit, tannin and perfectly pitched acidity.
Concentrated peach, citrus and honeysuckle are complemented by French oak savoury and vanilla for a richly textured style of wine with a crisp acidity.
Sourced from our Wrattonbully vineyards this is our take on the classic Malbec variety sees plush dark fruits with hints of dried herbs and dark cocoa. The palate is dark and broody with chalky tannins and layers of dark fruit.
A careful meld of red varietals creating a modern Australian interpretation of the classic blends of south-west France. Expect ripe black fruits and lifted herbal aromas are joined by savoury spice French oak and framed by very fine polished tannin and fresh acidity.
This bottle fermented sparkling wine utilises chardonnay from our Hunter Valley vineyard. It is a wine of great complexity and texture that leads into a crisp, dry finish.
