Made in Amphora, this blend of Shiraz and Tempranillo presents fragrant aromas exhibiting the plums and dark fruit of Shiraz mixed with and lifted cola expression of Tempranillo complemented by hints of baking spices. The palate shows red fruit intensity with soft tannins and a spicy persistence on the long finish all framed by fine yet fresh acidity.
The pinnacle of our Mount View Estate, fruit taken from vine selections from the three oldest blocks on the site. Concentrated blueberry & black cherry fruits and framed by earth and graphite. The blocks were handpicked, manually sorted then fermented together before maturation in a Vin et Terre sandstone 'Gres' Jarre without finings or filtration.
Sourced from our Wrattonbully vineyards this is our take on the classic Malbec variety sees plush dark fruits with hints of dried herbs and dark cocoa. The palate is dark and broody with chalky tannins and layers of dark fruit.
Exhibiting a seductive nose of blackcurrant, tobacco, cedar and even pencil shavings, this is a complex beast. The wine carries beautifully on the palate showing structure, harmony of fruit, tannin and perfectly pitched acidity.

Where there is Hunter, there is The Gatherer. In the most sought after Hunter vintages we scour the Valley's unique terroir to find a parcel suitable for gathering. This inaugural offering is sourced from the Sweetwater Vineyard.
Displaying a nose that is framed by dark brooding fruits, licorice strap and a hint of eucalypt as well as olive tapenade and baking spices. The palate is generous and intense with black fruit, dark chocolate and chiselled tannins, French oak adds complex spice before a long finish.
Sourced from our estate vineyard in Orange, this cool climate Pinot is equal parts elegance and power. On the nose captivating red cherries and spice followed by intense berries, soft tannins and an amaro like complexity. It’s a seamless and surprising Pinot with a gentle savoury undertone and brisk acidity. Serve with mushroom arancini, duck pancakes or Asian style pork.
The second iteration of our gorgeous Hilltops red. This Shiraz is grown in a relatively cool climate which enables us to ferment with whole bunches and macerate skins for an extended time to create a distinctly Rhone-inspired wine.
